Quest is a fantasy play-by-mail game run in several variants by a variety of companies around the world. I play one run by KJC Games. I'm currently running two parties in game #16:

Kharnish Inquisition are generally to be found in the west of Kharne, merrily beating up anything that a temple will pay them to beat up. Infernal Revenue are currently in the north east, but heading towards the centre. They will also attack anything that a temple will pay them to hit. Infernal revenue also have the record for the simplest temple quest I've ever heard of: 2000 gold to kill a single anklet! These temples obviously have far too much money, so I feel less guilty about robbing them.

This page is still under construction. This version is only really here to let you download my Quest mapping program.

Which is: QMAP_WIN.ZIP (43kB), this is written in Visual Basic 3.0, so you will also need VBRUN300.DLL which you probably already have. If you don't, it can be downloaded from all over the place, though you could try here. The program runs in Windows 3.11 or 95 (should work in NT but I haven't tried it).

I originally used a DOS based mapping program that Dynamic Games (an Australian PBM company) have on their pages. However, I found that this wouldn't print anything (not on my HP DeskJet anyway). My program will read in maps saved out by the Dynamic Games program (I didn't want to have to redo the whole map), though it might read save files from my program incorrectly.

There are quite a lot of Quest related web sites kicking around, you could try here for a fairly large number of links.
